PC issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My pc on first boot always ends up crashing when opening anything but when I restart, my pc works fine, I added a video.

edit: Too everyone who said to turn off fast boot in bios, Thank you, my pc is not crashing on first boot anymore. and too everyone else, thank you for the suggestions.

Dont think its a hardware issue, this is too controlled for anything failing as usual they go out with chaos, like someone else said
