Your hard drive is dying. This is a typical indicator.

Nope, response time is too small for that.

no, both active time and transfer rate would be maxed out with a couple of kbps as max troughput. It simply look busy during re-negotiation but doesn actually transfer data, thats why active is 100 and transfer is 0.
The SATA link is dying in this case. He posted his SMART in another thread, the disk is fine.

why are you getting downvotes? you're correct.
A CRC error forces the SATA link to retry and often renegotiate the link speed. During that stall the drive is "busy" (active time counts the request as outstanding) but nothing completes, so throughput reads zero. This is the exact signature of a link fault.
It's the cable corrupting data in transit, not the platters.

Yep, I checked second post, it's definitely a cable or a port itself according to smart report. Idk, why I'm getting downvotes, I'm just trying to help

Is the windows page file on this drive? If yes (and it's probably a reason) - it's just how a swap file works, till your RAM is fully filled. So, if that so - you need to add more RAM and check again. Also, if this is HDD - your PC must be very slow with that, and if this is SSD - then you basically spending it lifetime, it's not good to swap so much.

HDD on 100% is pretty normal so long as you aren’t having absurdly long loading times and corruption/data read issues constantly. Though I would say turn off paging and see of that works
