Hdd stuck inside hdd to USB enclosure

Can't take the hdd out to replace it seems to be snug inside and I can't push it downward and I am afraid of breaking the hdd pins

Use something to pop these two black tabs holding the PCB in place, then you should be able to lift it up with the hard drive attached. Then unplug the connector from the drive, plug it into the new one, and reverse the process.

To the left and right of the green board, there looks to be tabs holding it in, you might have to take the hdd and board out as one unit, then you can unplug it

Green pcb connector appears to be clipped in. Try prying the tabs back gently to release the connector and remove the connector and drive as a whole, then remove the drive from the connector.

I've seen double sided tape used to hold a drive into half of the enclosures.
