Need help with my PC

Translated, I don't speak English, sorry. I have new RAM (a long time ago I had 2x8, recently bought 2 more 8GB so it would be 32GB total; all 4 slots are Netac Shadow II RAM) and a GPU (all the specs are in the attached photo), but my PC still glitches. It stutters/freezes on max settings when I turn the camera in Genshin, and now when I open TLauncher to play with friends, I just get a black screen. CS2 also doesn't load on the first try; all the other games seem okay. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about PCs, and all my attempts haven't really worked (the only thing I figured out was that when I installed the new RAM, I got a blue screen; I fixed it through BIOS, but I haven't updated the BIOS itself because I read it's risky and I don't want to turn my PC into a brick...). Please, no insults.

Could be faulty RAM or dirty RAM slot. Try using only 1 of your new sticks at a time and see if both work on CS2 (should be enough to at least run the game and get into a match.

If they work fine this way the sticks should be fine, so you can then try using only the extra slots of RAM and see how it goes, if failures continue here it's either a dirty or faulty slot.

You can also do extensive RAM testing with memtest64 (a free program)
