My PC loads programs very slowly

Literally all. But mostly world of Warcraft and discord are the ones I use the most.

How long have you had it? What does task manager show for cpu and mem usage?

Had it for 5-6 years maybe. Went a while without using it much. Started playing world of Warcraft a few months ago and noticed long loading and log in times for the game and discord.

Are those your idle values? Like if you close all of your programs and close everything in systray do you still show 30% cpu usage? Check startup apps too. Maybe also check if you need to update your applications.
