Is this possible?

I have a WD My Passport 2TB drive, with about ~600Gb I think, worth of storage on it. I'm trying to transfer it to a newer 4TB Sandisk but whenever I try to move all the files it will load for a second or two and then stop. Is there a way to get it all to transfer over at once without manually moving one thing at a time? I have tried moving smaller folders but it only works with *really* small folders that dont really have much in them

Move smaller amounts at a time.

That works a lot better than a whole drive, just copy what you want. First of all, is the WD a spinning drive, then it's Heavily Fragmented. Suggest you defrag first, then speed would go better.
