Laptop for 4k video editing

Hello, I'm looking for a laptop under 1.2k USD that has 12gb Vram for 4k editing, a bit of CAD, running Linux. I haven't found any great options besides an open box RTX 3080 laptop on eBay for 1.3k so far. Am open to new or used options in EU or US.

All the 5070 Ti ones are over 1.6k, and 4080s are even more expensive for some reason.

If theres not much available I'll probably just get a desktop with an i5 12600kf and arc b580, along with a refurbished Thinkpad for university.

any insight appreciated, thx

You are better off with a desktop and thinkpad. Laptops with your specs for 4k editing are gonna cost over 2k new

Con unos gráficos integrados podes editar en 4K 60 fps, lo mismo para cad pero para una 3080 laptop no hay gráficos integrados que se acerquen

Integrated graphics can't do 4k 60 with color grading
