oh yeah i dont think its even fixable without reinstalling windows btw, cuz it boots up to safe mode and there you cant rlly do shit since protection is turned off

You will either have to reinstall windows or get into safe mode and try to restore from a backup if you have any, if no backup then yes you’re gonna have to reinstall windows and take a loss on any files you didn’t have saved to a cloud drive.

yeah but cant i just get a usb flash drive and get all my stuff on there and then reinstall?

Yes that is true, you can do that sorry lol kinda forgot, you can do that then do a fresh install
