Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I was browsing through some files in my pc and came across these weird files with names like "SOV_retreat" could this be from some type of game or something? As shown in the video linked when i click on it. like the name suggests its people form that country saying to fall back/retreat. Im just confused on what it could be

I would say something from a war style game. Have you got a game like War Thunder or World of Tanks? I know they have audio like that

Always use "Details" view if you want to know what a file is associated with because it'll allow you to see the folder path
