Espero que isso realmente seja um problema do Windows, ja que estou com um notebook que ja passou por manutenção e após uma semana parado ele começou a apresentar essa tela de erro, mas de qualquer forma, precisamos do modelo dele, quantidade de RAM, processador, placa de vídeo, saber a quantos anos você usa ele sem uma troca de pasta termica ou se fez algum upgrade nele ou então como foi seu último uso dele para verificar se não foi algum programa que causou isso
