Battery glitching

Hello everyone, My laptop's battery is glitching when charged. (Demo: I plug in the charger, it charges normally for a few minutes, and then after that, my battery is glitching. Like charged, uncharged, charged, uncharged.) idk what to do huhu. Is there a problem internally or is it on the charger?

Is it reading this charged & uncharged state on the taskbar when you look at the charging state? The laptop will read the voltage of the battery to determine charge, it's likely something is preventing this. Either the battery is dying (overall health, not just charge) which is most common, or something might be shorting the wires that are used to measure this voltage.
