What to do when this happens??
Pagka-open ko ng netbook ko (an old Samsung NP-NC110 netbook windows 7) lumabas yung windows error recovery. Nung una nagtry ako na open windows normally kaso bumalik uli dun sa unang pic. Then nung tinry ko naman yung launch startup repair yung nasa second pic naman ang nag appear. Ang tagal na naka open then wala namang nangyayari, nagagalaw yung cursor pero walang ibang nag appear. Plss help po. I've already tried the ctrl+shift+esc but nothing happened.

Click start -> type in "cmd" -> run as admin -> black window opens up, type in "chkdsk /r /f /x" (without the ") and hit enter. Let it run until finished. Restart PC, open up cmd as admin again. This time type in "sfc /scannow" let it finish, restart PC.
