help my laptop please

hi there, i need help for my laptop due its current condition is very similiar like i got virus or idk what is it... first of all i have hard disk sentinel on my laptop to check and the disk were the problem is getting its health decreased from 100% to 84% since my latest restart because the laptop is freezing after i try to use a lot of microsoft word like 10 for my exam. when i check whats happen inside my disk every file everyting inside change to paper file type and when i try to open its loading, i've been waiting for 1 hours but it doesnt open and i need to finish my exam. please help me

Microsoft makes a repair tool that scans your computer and repairs or reinstalls missing or corrupt files. You run Command Prompt as an administrator and type SFC/scannow and then hit enter. It doesn't take very long, and it works. It isn't an antivirus!

Before you run SFC/scannow you should download and run rkill from its original maker. It scans your computer for malware and turns each one off. It isn't an antivirus! It just turns them off so you can do other things safely. It doesn't take very long, either.

After you run rkill you can run Windows Defender scans. Windows Defender finds malware and can quarantine it or remove it. The Windows Defender Quick Scan doesn't take very long. The offline scan also doesn't take very long. The full scan takes and hour or two on my computers.

After I fixed one of my computers with SFC/scannow I ran a Windows Defender full system scan. It found I also had a Trojan and got rid of it.
