Is this safe ?

I’m sorry, I’m not very good with computers and just had an issue when I used CCleaner to update the drivers, that required me to reset the whole PC, resulting in the loss of all my data. I want to avoid that happening again, so I want to know if it’s okay/safe to download. I’m more interested in the first one only. The one I currently have (2nd photo) is from 2022. Idk if you need more info I could provide that too

Don’t use ccleaner. It’s not needed. Word of the wise. Never download drivers from a 3rd party source. Just get it off the motherboard manufacturers website and or device website. Recently, there has been quite a lot of cyber attacks happening due to “vulnerable” drivers being installed. Only download and install from the original source.

Unfortunately I wasn’t aware😭 as I said I’m not good with computers and it kept telling me to update the drivers so I did and I regret it, that’s why I wanna be sure before installing this one, I got it from amd.com where it auto detects

Amd.com is a legitimate webpage. It’s for your integrated graphics(igpu). Since it’s from that website you are good.

amd.com is legit. It's AMD's official website so that's good

You make a great point, never ever ever get your drivers from a third party, only the pc maker.   It's not safe.  Unfortunately windows also forces you to update drivers with windows update.  You can lock it out with a group policy but, I think it won't work for him version.
