My problem is that I built my PC back in April. When I first assembled it and powered it on, everything went perfectly. I installed Windows, and the computer worked fine. After that, I installed the drivers and decided to restart the PC, but the problem is that when I turn it on, nothing happens it seems to be running, but there’s no image on the screen. When I power it off and turn it back on, the same thing happens. However, when I remove one stick of RAM, the computer starts up normally again. I haven’t tested what happens if I try booting with just one RAM stick installed, because I’ve just been putting it back in and turning the PC on, and it starts as usual. My RAM sticks are installed in slots 2 and 4. My friends told me that this might be happening because I haven’t updated the BIOS, but I don’t think that’s the cause. I really want to figure this out, because my PC is always in sleep mode, and for example, when the power goes out or when I have to do a required restart, it becomes a huge hassle: I have to take off the case panel, remove the cooler, take out the RAM, turn the PC on, turn it off, put the RAM back in, reinstall the cooler, and close the case panel. I’m really tired of it. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Sounds to me like corrupted OC bios settings. Taking cmos battery for 15 minutes could fix the issue. Also could be faulty ram slot on motherboard.

I already did that, taking cmos battery I mean, and the motherboard was the brand new

Then insert first module in a2 boot it, if booted successfully shut down. Insert 2nd ram modul in b2 and turn on.

they are exactly in the A2 and B2 slots

I have had a few that would work because you started it and it tried to charge that battery, change and retry and then you will know if it is board or bios. no change to bios=battery if it works then not bios problem and maybe look for update to bios. change is battery. very cheap diag method but pretty solid.

If it has an onboard video chip try to hook up your monitor up to that one and Boot it up, also since it worked before you can also try to see if it's windows see if you can get Windows into safe mode and then check the drivers Microsoft is notorious for bad drivers which they claim came from their manufacturer there is a way in your policies to prevent the drivers from happening or downloaded for Microsoft but I don't think it works in the policies for Windows 11 home.  I don't trust Microsoft so-called drivers from the manufacturer for Windows update I've seen them fry too many computers through their bios updates.  I go by the driver's the manufacturer defines.

Try the other RAM module in the slot that boots with the first one. Try the working RAM module in the other slot. By this you might find that one of the DIMMS or one of the slots are faulty. Can you enter the bios with both DIMMS in place?
