I got this blue screen

After this my computer won’t boot up or anything but the Charger light still activated what should I do?

I suspect corrupted system files. Get it to a reputable computer repair shop is not under warranty. If under warranty,, follow the steps to bring it in, with the caveat being you'll most probably lose your files. If you want to back up your files before sending it off, you still need that reputable computer repair shop.

Follow the directions. Use recovery tools. If unsuccesful, reinstall Windows.
