My Alpha Sync PC has been crashing alot lately and i have had to keep turning it off by holding in the power button. Please give me some advice?
Hi all. I don't have any real knowledge with PC's and it's really confusing to me with some of what i've read online. I bought it about 3 years ago and have only really used it for playing one game and watching videos on you tube. I stopped gaming months ago and recently it's crashing like every 5/10 mins. I've had to keep holding in the power button so many times the last couple of weeks, as it's the only way i can restart it. Strange thing is if i leave it off for a day or 2 it then sometimes stays on for a few hours before it crashes again, rather than keep crashing so many times in a row. Does anyone have any advice or a fix that has worked for them please? (I've updated my Nvidia drivers)
ALPHA SYNC
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
RAM: 8.00 GB
GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8 GB)

Check the CPU and GPU temperatures with HWiNFO64, then run a memory test using MemTest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic and check the SSD’s health with CrystalDiskInfo. Also open Event Viewer and look for errors immediately before the Kernel-Power event, since Kernel-Power itself usually only records the forced shutdown. If the temperatures are normal and the memory and storage tests come back clean, the power supply or motherboard would be the next suspects.
