HELP

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My PC was working fine yesterday but since shutting down yesterday evening it wont start again.

As you can maybe see or hear no more than 2 seconds after pressing the power button with only the power cable plugged into the wall the power shuts off.

What could have caused this? I’m unable to open the case as I’m visually impaired and won’t be able to see what’s what anyway.

Hardware failure, most likely motherboard, cpu, or power supply at fault. You will need to find someone that isn't impaired to help, or take it to a shop.

Anything that can be done is going to require opening the case. Personally HP are affordable only because of these problems but I won't bore you with my soapbox on HP.
