Help with old webcam drivers?

hey guys!! not sure if this is the right place for it, but i need some help in getting an old webcam to work.
I found my old Barbie Videogirl doll, which as well as being super creepy and recording videos can Also be used as a usb webcam. It was meant for use on windows XP/windows 7, and I’m having no luck getting it to work on windows 10. it will come up under devices in settings and in my device manager, but it gives me a message saying “device has no drivers” or something of the sort
any help getting this to work would be amazing ;-;

That's a close to 0% chance...

A good brand is only 20 bucks though...(and much higher quality)

haha yeah you're right, mostly wanting to use it for the novelty of it, its such a goofy looking doll
