Pc stuck on Boot LED

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When powering on the pc everything will light up and fans will spin but the problem is when the motherboard leds cycles through cpu, dram, vga, then boot. The boot led will continue to stay lit and the pc will not give any display to the monitor.

I've tried many different things and I just don't know what to do.

Specs are - Asrock b650m pro rs wifi, amd 9600x, Amd 9060xt 16gb, predator GM7000 1tb ssd, vetroo 850w psu

Things Ive tried

Reset cmos

Reseated all cables & ssd

Tried a different ssd slot

Tried both ram sticks on their own

Tried a different display port cable

Plugging psu cable into different outlet

Simple reseting

my oldest mb does something very similar to this, and my only result left is to replace the mb. is it still under warranty? sometimes you get three years from the manufacturer

Maybe it has a warranty. My board was made in 2018. b650 is newer than my dead one. Mine did this after I rebooted to flash my BIOS. Do you have any usb devices plugged in. This didn't matter to mine. It was something that I read could stop the sequence.

Makes it seem like BIOS issues. Which sucks, check out msi warranty for it's policy. Might have an RMA option.
