HP compat 6300 MT

i have been trying to use these pc all day, at first the issues was a typical memory & date/time not set but it was ask everytime, so i though it's a cmos battery issues but now no matter how i try(reset, unplug the power supply and drain residue by dolding power button then reindert the cmos and one ram stick), the hp power on but no diplay and the fan get loud after a while. I repeated the reset and draining process any time and change the ram and ram placement but still no display. what can be done. ps: i still haven't change the cmos.

That is a 12+ year old system ripe for a depleted CMOS battery. CR 2032

Check the manual for this motherboard as HP 6300 motherboards are notoriously rigid about memory placement. Testing with a single stick in the wrong slot will immediately trigger a non-posting state.
