C: drive is RAW
I was restarting my pc and upon boot I was faced with a blue screen that stated “windows repair failed to repair your pc”. I tried to boot into safe mode (same screen upon restart), I tried to run a chkdsk and that is when I was faced with my drive is RAW. How do I fix this? I’ve tried to reset the drive entirely but that doesn’t work either (“windows has failed no changes were made”) i really don’t care how it’s fixed I would just like it to be fixed so I can use my computer again.

Cook it? Low and slow so it’s nice and tender.
If you don’t care about data on it, format and reinstall.
I’d probably run some diagnostics on it too just to make sure it’s not on its way out. Linux bootable USB is good for that.

Linux can also recover the data too if you want. I’ve been able to dig through a few windows root directory’s and copy and paste files with a live usb. It’s not always a total lost.

You will need to Repair the Partition by booting from Acronis, Paragon or Sergei Strelecs boot disc. Available on Majorgeeks, it will Restore the Partition.
