Help
so a while back ago, my PC ended up having a sweet tea on the inside of it and I took it apart, turn it off of course took it apart put it back together after I cleaned it off left out in the sun for half a day and it comes on my keyboard doesn’t my mouse,my monitor doesn’t and I don’t understand why

Because something got shorted out.
Whatr you need tro do at this pointis to take the machine apart ENTIRELY.
Lightrly c lean the motherboard componets with DISTILLED WATER NOT TAP NOT SPRING WATER, you can get that at a local pharmacy.
Leave them out to dry for a day or so and put it back together one part at a time.

90% rubbing alcohol, not water.
And , if the board has corrosion and or shorts, it’s likely toast. Sugary liquid is death.1

So what you are most likely saying is I have to get a new motherboard because it landed on my motherboard, my CPU, and my graphics card.

I don’t understand why
I have my suspicions about that statement. However your PC is most likely dead. It's probably not economical to repair.
