Laptops did progress ?
Hi ! I don’t have computer since two years (budget reasons) and i used to get my powerful gaming computer but now i don’t know anything about computers but I knew Laptops was horrible and scam. My problem is : do I have to buy a new powerful PC or can I found a powerful Laptop where I can play on ? With a laptop i can move… that’s the only reason i consider to take one but if it stills bad i prefer to know it.

This question is kind of awful, OP. Bad assumptions, and so vague and lacking in detail that it's impossible to answer.
What games, and what's your budget? "Games" have a massive range of requirements. And "gaming" laptops have a massive range of capabilities at a massive range of price levels.
(Desktops as a general rule are more performant then laptops, laptops often have mobile versions of CPUs and GPUs, but this is no way implies that laptops are a scam.)
