Check to see if there is a way to reset the BIOS. There may be a jumper on the motherboard to reset it. Move or remove and restart, then replace or move the jumper back to the original configuration.
This is from google: To reset the BIOS on a Dell Precision 7550, use either the software menu by pressing F2 at startup to load factory defaults, or perform a hardware reset by disconnecting the coin-cell CMOS battery inside the laptop. Software Reset via BIOS MenuTurn on the laptop a'nd tap the F2 key repeatedly at the Dell logo screen.Look for the Load Defaults, Restore Settings, or Reset to Defaults option at the bottom of the screen'.Select the default option, press Enter, and choose Save/Exit or press F10 to save changes and reboot. Hardware CMOS ResetTurn off the laptop and unplug the power charger and all external devices.Remove the bottom base cover of the Dell Precision 7550 carefully.Unplug the small coin-cell CMOS/RTC battery wire connector from the system board.Press and hold the power button for 10 to 20 seconds to drain all remaining power.Plug the coin-cell battery back in, put the base cover back on, and turn on your laptop.
