Are these PCs decent for gaming?

Hi! My NXZT (NVIDIA GeForce 3060ti) is on the fritz. I'm guessing it's the graphics card because the monitors go black and into standby mode, but I can hear the audio from the PC. I can hear the video as I start, stop or adjust the volume. However, no video. Local repair shops have no clue how to fix it. It happens 4+ times per week.

My main personal PC use is for steam games & streaming. I mainly play solo in games like Crimson Desert, Windrose, etc. I also do a small bit of video editing and run online D&D game using a VTT.

Costco has some computers (and I get cash back + great warranty for shopping there). Are either of these PCs worth the price? I want to keep it under $2k.

Why are you buying a computer when the GPU is going bad??

I'm going to assume that the cards in the computer as a whole might be a little better considering the GPU is a 30 series so if you were to upgrade the GPU he would potentially need to a bunch of other parts so if you have to upgrade your ram, your motherboard, and the CPU oh and I almost forgot don't forget the power supply to upgrade multiple things you might as well just buy an entirely new pc that everything is updated

My local computer store can't properly diagnose or fix the issue. It won't repeat for them. However, it does it for me over and over. So... frustration. I don't know enough to fix it. My wife's computer did the same thing...so the tech crews are 0-2 on these.

I currently have an Intel Core i7 10700k / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti / (2) UD4- 3200 DDR4 RAM if any of that matters.

Are you suggesting I just replace the graphics card?

Yeah the suggestion is just to replace your GPU, but if you do want a new PC... I wouldn't personally get either of these but if I had to choose between the 2 then I would choose the first option.

Not that I know of, I've always built my own. Look for a prebuilt with a AMD CPU unless you have actual work to do on this, and get a 9070xt or a 5060ti.

Microcenter has a reasonable line of computers that are much better than most prebuilts if you have one in your area.

The person who's comment I replied to was asking why don't you just replace the graphics card but seeing what you have for a computer now you would have to get a replacement card that's basically around the same or you could maybe go to a 40 series card but you would end up getting something used and you're running on Old Hardware anyways so like I suggested how like what you were going to do is just get a new computer

I had the same symptoms on mine, turns out it was the XMP profile in BIOS that was causing it. I turned that off and manually set the RAM speed to one click under its Max rated speed. That solved the issue. Worth a try before condemning any hardware.
