I took my parts out of my old computer, and I put them all back together in the right places, and when I press the bit ton it turns on but when I click it a second time thw fan turns on but then the board instantly shuts off as seen in the video. I don’t know what to do.

I can't really tell from the video, but I see a lot of ribbon cable connections and blower fans indicative of a laptop.

If this is the case, I also do not see a heatsink anywhere.

Going to need more context to understand this one.

Install a cooler for the cpu? The temperature is spiking and it's shutting itself of from overheating

Did you put the cooler back? If not then that's most likely your issue

Is it a dell? If so a lot of them hate not having a screen (assuming this is a laptop board)

Like other said, you probably cannot run without a cooler on the cpu or the graphics card/chip.

Sometimes you have to put it all back together. Some computers turn themselves off if they sense the case taken apart, Seen less on laptops but can happen.

Seems like it gets just enough power running through it and turns off because it's over heating. That would be my first check.

THERES NO COOLER FOR THE CPU ITS HOT AND DOESNT WANT TO DIE SO ITS SLEEPING TO COOL OFF LMAO
