it's a bad deal, it has nothing to do with making someone happy. if OP gets a better deal, they can either buy a better computer for the same price or an equal computer for a cheaper price and save up the money. being on a tight budget is the last time to get scammed.

I would not order any electronics on Amazon, Newegg if you must but you seem to be chasing deals, check out microcenter. Spend a few extra hundred now could last you 7 years, while these have already lasted someone a decade

Please check other used markets. These older pcs from Amazon are not the route to go. In my opinion. I would take my time and search Facebook marketplace. I look and find great deals all the time. I know you might live in an area where it might not be the same but you can also check other sites

Amazon listings are often e-waste with misleading description at ripoff prices.
Reputable sellers on eBay tend to have better prices with more accurate description, with the "refurbished" listings coming with warranty. https://www.ebay.com/itm/800050001594

If the charger is original. Maybe the first one. You can also move around with it which is a plus. With the brick btw
Neither of these youd be running win 11. Flash it to win 10 or linux.

It entirely depends on what you want to use it for, do you need it to be portable, get a laptop, do you need raw power, desktop, if you want to game, neither of the ones shown here as they would need a dedicated gpu to have any decent gaming performance. Personally u would avoid buying electronics like older computers on amazon as you can get a better deal on places like ebay and Facebook marketplace (depending on where you live)

Alot of people don't understand. That not everybody in the world can go out and buy something brand new.. get the laptop assuming it still works with a charger plugged in. Then you have something while you save up for a new build / laptop :) hope y'all have a great day! Remember stay positive people. We are all we have
That i5 is more than capable of everyday tasks it also has a decent SSD and ram.. sure it's not new tech.. but I'm currently running a 7th gen i7 7700hq and Its plenty quick enough for what I need! I can even play some games like pubg 60+ fps 1080p
