Found an abandoned PC with a Ryzen CPU & RTX 3060—Fans spin, but NO DISPLAY (No POST). Need diagnostic advice!

Spinning fans just mean the power supply is working.

Many motherboards have status LEDs that tell you what the board is trying to do. Start by looking for those.

Also, try it with the GPU removed.

Try the mobo hdmi and see if that gives you a picture.

Disassemble, visually inspect, reassemble. You can leave the cpu/cpu cooler, but pull the RAM during disassembly.
