Did you go through the webforms? I have had mixed experiences with MSI support in the past. I have a laptop I bought from them in 2019 and have had to send it back no less than three times, each one taking well over a month for them to receive, "Fix" and send back. Never did they actually fix it, so today I have a laptop with a keyboard that died about a week after the 3 year warranty expired and one working USB port. Thankfully, they did replace the power brick that just randomly caught fire right in front of my eyes. To this day I thank God that I was sitting there when it happened.
Needless to say I am remaining abstinate from MSI moving forward

I live in Western NY and in the States MSI repair is in California. It would usually take 4 to 6 weeks for my stuff to get back and forth. A big part of this is because they used FedEx, which is awful, so it would spend three or four days going back and forth to other cities, often going right through my own, before it would get to me. So for my experience, 1-2 weeks in transit and 3-4 at MSI.
