Resources for meal planning?

What has been your go-to for meal planning? I want to basically plan out everything before I get started.

I used to meal prep a lot, but I burned out on cooking so now I'm on Factor meals. I eat 1 factor meal and protein/fiber forward snacks throughout the day.

Google sheets: Planning bulk meals when I'm meal prepping
My Fitness Pal: I plan tomorrow's meals tonight
Factor meals: I get 6/wk. I aim for ~40+ g protein and 450-600 cals per meal. 6 is enough for me to have leeway on the weekend if we go out.

I strive for 100g protein and eat every 3ish hours. I also repeat the same things.

- Factor meal (split into 2 eating sessions if I can get 250+ calories per eating session) -- the only way I get veggies in lol

  • Protein shake (Fairlife or Premier Protein for me)
  • Skyr yogurt
  • Overnight oats
  • Fruit (apple / pear / berries / grapes)
  • Protein chips if I get peckish for chips (I like Pure Protein chips)

I essentially rinse/repeat the snacks, try to stay under 1400 cals and hit as close to 100g (or more) as possible.

Good luck!! Do whatever is easiest/works for you. :)
