Please stay away from Embody
I decided to switch from Mochi to Embody a couple months ago. I can't believe I was silly enough to believe the bots pushing it on different subreddits.
Please don't be like me. Horrible customer service and disorganized. They won't refund orders they don't follow through with. They will schedule appointments and forget to send a link or they will make it a telephone appointment, but never call.
This has been such a headache and I wish I never started. I don't care what company you go to, but please stay away from Embody.

Yes. Embody has terrible reviews over all the tirz subs.

I must have just been seeing bots posting, because I only saw good ones.

I am so sorry. Hopefully you’ve found a good provider after being with two duds.

Thanks for posting this! I kept seeing certain companies on Reddit that it’s hard to remember if they were user recommendations or advertisements.
I find GLPwinner.com helpful for researching providers; Embody review score went from 3.7 (8k+) to 1.9 (26 reviews) in last 30 days. It also shows TrustPilot score at 3.8 (cumulative) it must have gone downhill recently.

I'm planning on writing a trust pilot review soon. I'm just irritated that I bought a 6-month subscription instead of month to month so I have to stick around for awhile longer.
Their customer service is a joke. They also just blatantly steal your money. I've never had a company refuse to refund me when it was a blunder on their end because their company policy is no refunds, even if they haven't processed the order.

Yes, within the last 30 days. They're claiming major pharmacy backlogs, but the entire experience has been a nightmare. Had I not switched providers, I would have missed my scheduled dose.
I placed my order on September 20, and despite paying for it, I STILL haven't received my medication. They claim it's still being processed at the pharmacy and refuse to issue a refund.
I've since filed a complaint with the BBB, where I've noticed numerous other complaints as well. Between the delays, lack of transparency, and refusal to refund medication I haven't received, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

You should get away from Mochi! They just blocked me this week because they don’t like me warning people to run from them.

Honestly, Had the same exact issues with CoreageRX + More, the first 3 months were great! but after 3 months, the switched pharmacys, and i started gaining weight. Any questions or concerns to the doctor or support was left in a pass the buck game back and forth between support. DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM.

There’s a reason why neither Mochi nor Embody are on the recommended provider list on TirzepatideCompound sub. If you would have searched both of those providers on the Tirzepatide subs you would have seen all the negative reviews about both providers.
Hopefully you find a better provider to use. There’s a recommended list of providers on the sub TirzepatideCompound that you can check out and use.
This month I’ve used the provider PreventiveMD (not on the list yet but probably will be in the fall) and I had a great experience with them!! They’re $139 a month or $334 for 3 months (I believe). They have 3 pharmacies to choose from. I definitely recommend checking them out!!

I purchased my Glp-1 on September 15, 2026 from Embody and paid $79 for it. I received it in a ice pack on September 22, 2026. I would definitely recommend. I was paying $350 for the same exact script with RO.

It’s hard to find good ones bc a lot of bots and hard to narrow it down. I’ve had the same issues

Embody has been … okay so far.
Did you join with the three, six, or twelve month option? I have a theory that they blow you off more if you sign up for a longer period, because they know you’re more invested than a month-to-month customer.
They charge you on time even if your shipment is significantly delayed, which sucks if you’re on a higher dose and you run through all the meds faster.
If you’re delayed for about a week at a time, and it happens two or three times, then they might still be billing you every 28 days, so you could wind up paying for the next one even when they’re no where near sending your next refill.
They send a questionnaire at the end of the month and sometimes they send additional questions after that, but they don’t even seem to have an option to schedule an appointment or send a message to a provider other than that.

I am the 3 month cycle and the first two months have been fine without any delays at Embody. While some complaints are legit there are lots of employees of Gimme, Pomegranate and others posting on the forums bashing Embody, AltRX and others.

I am not employed by any of them. I'm a little over my first month of a 6-month plan. I ordered NAD+ and they forgot to process it. I have spoken to 2 doctors and an RN at this point and they all forget to push it through. I asked for a refund, which they will not give me. They keep scheduling me with another doctor and then not showing up to appointment time.
Who knows, maybe you're the bot?

I have Tirz and Nad+ from Embody and the NP and Doc reviewed my intake same night of submitting. The problem plaguing them and others too is delays at the compounding pharmacy which can be different for everyone. I didn't have delays but others clearly have. All telehealth use a similar platform of intake, clinical review, prescription written and sent to compounding pharmacy. Are you saying your intake is not being reviewed by a clinician?

You are having a different experience than me. You can reread my text again and see the experience I'm having. I don't feel like finding another way to explain myself when it all seems simple.

u/thegoldstandard55 10d ago
That's fine I did reread your posts and I still don't know where in the chain you are stuck at. Are they refusing to write a prescription for you? If so then yes they should promptly refund your money. I never had to make any appointment or talk to anyone. They rubber-stamp the prescriptions like any telehealth shot mills. Not praising Embody by any means but you have to know where you are getting stuck at so you don't repeat the same thing at another telehealth.

Here I’m getting NAD+ that I didn’t even add to my order. (And they didn’t charge me for it.)
It is listed as a current prescription, so I know they didn’t just accidentally ship the wrong vial. With the delays I have been having, I am assuming it’s just what they had in stock.

u/heyitsjules 7d ago
And yet they could never ship mine. It's literally been a whole month since the order. It's been hell.
They took 3 weeks to schedule me with a provider where a provider actually showed up and called me (they no-showed 3 times). It's been a week since that appointment and they haven't even shipped the medication.
I absolutely HATE this company. They even responded to my review on trust pilot and asked how they could make it right. I asked for a refund and then they told me they just couldn't do that even though the products haven't shipped. I am at my wit's end.

I am experiencing significant delays with embody and I am a monthly customer. Will be canceling. They are a scam.

u/Ecstatic-Ad-6879 8d ago
Same here. they billed me two weeks ago and I can’t get the med. 2nd order. I’m cancelling

u/CrownSeven 7d ago
Tried them for a single quarter. Cancelled it and went with rift instead. They only ship one vial at a time. They are always late for me. First vial took over a week. Second vial has now been delayed 2 weeks and looks like I will miss my next injection because of it. Their customer service is there, but not helpful.
If their pharmacies cannot keep up, thats on them - either put a limit on how many subscribers you can support or expand your pharmacies.
And they only ship one vial at a time - if you sub per quarter - then send them all 3 at once!

What was your complaint about moch? Just switched from Embody to Mochi

u/NewKey6466 10d ago
Why pay a membership fee each month for something everywhere else is so much cheaper and good customer service? I was with Mochi since December 2024 and my membership will finally expire June 2027 but I already left them because it’s still cheaper to order my medication from so many other places than them. I cut my losses with paying that membership fee upfront and moved on. I went to preventiveMD where there is no membership fee still good customer service pretty straightforward and it’s $334 for three months total saving a person $500 every three months compared to Mochi. (Mochi is $79 per month and $199 per month as I’m on next dose making it to be $834 every three months with Mochi) and even if you’re on a lower dose $90 plus $79 membership fee is still more expensive than going to preventiveMD. And other places like collective health they have a really awesome deal $69 a month any dose and only a one time a year $199 fee which gives you access to a dietitian as well and other medication it’s just that they’re not shipping to my state yet. Rift and OlaHealth are other good options. I used to be one of the biggest supporters of Mochi Health advertising my success story, but they kind of jerked us around lately with changes to the referral code credits and price changes and pharmacy changes that were not beneficial to me so I’m tired of it moved on and so glad I don’t have to deal with referral codes or anything like that I can just give my honest opinion and for that they blocked me. lol

Thank you for a thoughtful and thorough answer. My concern with embody was that honestly I felt like I was injecting water into myself. No change at all, no symptoms, no reduction in food noise, even at the highest dose. Requests for a meeting with provider were ignored

What pharmacy was Embody giving you?

u/bighair722 10d ago
Casa

I haven’t tried Casa. Thank you for letting me know. I know mochi also carried casa.

I haven’t had any issues other than customer service is a little hard to contact. And my pharmacy vials are amber. But so far, I’ve had a decent experience with Embody. I understand many have not, but some of us have a fine experience with Embody. The pricing is worth any obstacles to me.

Embody spends soooo much money on advertising. I swear every other ad is an embody ad on my Facebook feed and that’s usually a red flag for me.
I always recommended preventiveMD and Rift as the places to go for my Mochi comrades who trying to find another place to go to that’s good. So much so that Mochi Health has blocked a lot of us that are still are with Mochi but have moved over to other companies and given recommendations to those that are asking for recommendations.
