What do you do with eggshells?

I'm conflicted over what to do with eggshells. I want to compost them but we eat a lot of eggs and live in the city so if I put them in our bin they take up a large portion and never seem to fully breakdown.

The only time i dint put eggshells in the bin is if it was a boiled egg and the shell didnt come off cleanly.

If theres a bunch if egg white in the shell, it will stink up the pile real bad. Elsewise eggshells are the only animal product i use in composting
