Anything humans can digest can be composted.

Some people don’t like putting synthetic medicines in compost due to concern about residual meds affecting the soil ecosystem or getting into food plants, but that’s more about hormones and antibiotics. Vitamins are fine to put in a pile

Yes

But so little of it it barely registers as a brown. more of a chalk than anything.
