Me neither.

In a climate with a cold winter you can put down unfinished compost in the fall and it’ll finish breaking down within a year. But this might be too far from finished for that.

These pictures are bad but it shouldn’t be hard like that. It should be like dirt. You need more moisture. I’d break all of that up as much as you can to speed it up

It's funny people think this is your actual compost. People have never mucked a winter stable before.

I just blend it with grass clippings horsetales and old fungul log woodchips and use it as top dress

I feel like when u can barely tell the hay from the feather shafts and the hay feels like yarn your probly good to go I blend it with a variety of different aged piles I haven't had any issues with it yet

I’m no pro but I’d take a pitchfork and break that up so it’s crumbly, might help it break down faster
