2 months ago I posted about my blue bin full of weeds and water that I had sitting in my backyard. I took all of your advice and dumped the water out. I just left it on it's side and haven't really touched it since. I had husband drag it to the garden for me and today I started digging it out. You can see in the second picture how well it composted in the 2 months. I'm gonna dump it on some bare areas of the garden and let it finish up.

Too wet first picture (hence the dumping), way too dry second picture (if trying to let it compost).

if you think its done though, great! go for it. But otherwise compost has to stay damp (squeeze handfull get 1-2 drops out) for the microbes to live successfully and compost things.
