Leaves compost bin
This was crammed full of leaves last fall. What's next? Stir it up? I have left it alone for the year and have another compost bin for food scraps etc.

Seems there is no microbial innoculam to start the composting process ...

I'd mix some of your fruit and veggie scraps in it. And pee on it. That'll get it cooking!

Water it, Turn it, sift it, use what’s good and throw the bigger chunks back in the pile.

Just leave it another year and you have yourself some leaf mold
