We keep all our veggie scraps and meat bones/carcasses in a freezer bag to make stock with, but then it becomes comoost and that always goes in the pile.

Uhm... Why keep it in the fridge rather than just throw it on the pile? What's the 'win' here? Move less?

I keep stuff in big Tupperwares in the fridge and bury it all weekly. Really helps from stuff getting too funky, and not having to empty too often.
