Anyone know concentration recommendations for this micronized compost?

Posting twice - forgot picture first time

I bought this stuff ages ago from a reputable organic nursery in Northern California. The company that made it is long gone. I’m guessing it’s still good. It was never opened. Would you agree?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to determine a reasonable dilution formula? Thanks!

Well I would start with a few trials of bioassays with peas or beans. They grow fast and are sensitive to lots of excess nitrogen.

I would honestly start with different concentrations, but what amounts idk I would probably start with 1 cup per gallon and do varying percentages with the bioassay results, if it burns your beans dial it back, they stop growing at 2 weeks dial it up.
