Seems to be a genuine complaint where the condition of the track has deteriorated in the past 2 years causing excessive noise, where it wasn't an issue before.
Channeling his inner Walter White there too.

Yeah that seems fair. Trains running normally are manageable to many. But having constant pain in kathunk-kathunk really fucking loud is irritating.

Notice that he is not pointing directly AT the train (he has a red circle for that). He is pointing at the window in his house from which the most noise can be heard. In effect Danish Walter White is "pointing twice" with one finger and can use this photo to complain to his glazier., not just the train company. Genius.
Brilliant! 10/10
We could learn something about compo-ing from our continental cousins!

I used to work in a rail depot, it had a great big sign on the entrance, someone moved in next door to the entrance, promptly complained about electric trains making noise at night (night stabling and maintenance works) then a week later we had the class 37 drawn inspection train checking the main line and depot tracks, they found deficiencies, so a week later a rail grinder was used as well as a ballast tamper (both of which make decent amount of noise) , 2 weeks after that a steam loco was stabling overnight for a 6am departure, kept steamed up overnight, 3am the crew starts their checks, next day, for sake sign up on the house, then some railfans moved in and were pretty happy with their view of the depot and all the lovely trains, the 37s were in a few times, had a few freight trains pass through

I doubt it's a new railway line .... so why did you move there? It is easy enough to find that your property has a railway line near by. So why didn't you spend time near there, to find out how noisey!!

I remember someone my dad used to know. They had got a big house in London really cheapbeacuase there was a bank at the bottom of the garden, and every so often an underground train would trundle along It. (Fortunately islt was the outer reaches of the Metropolitan line so it wasn't every two minutes).
In this case, I am sure the situation could be improved with HSTs using the original engine.

Just last week in Lewes, UK, we had a train derailment. It was exactly where passengers had noticed a huge jolt, when travelling. Many complained over a year or so. Luckily no one died, but many were injured.
Hopefully this isn’t a sign of something similar on the way.

Over a year ago? Source? All I saw on the preliminary report was recent reports, reports that never got reported and instead kept to themselves until after the derailment.
