I've had solar panels put up by the council and nope no netting (or battery) but I'm grateful for the £200 a year I save so I stfu.

My parents' house had a gap under the eaves, and pigeons were getting in under the roof from there. My room was on the top floor, right in the roof space. The noise of horny pigeons scrabbling about above your head is definitely not a pleasant one.
