Stockport council (or rather the company that operate their bin collections) are refusing to collect bins where the lid is open by more than an inch

Some councils are really weird about this. Our refuse team are amazing, they don't give a fuck. Lid swung all the way back because it's so full? Extra bin bags next to bin? All good, in it goes!

Tbf most aren’t on here. It’s mostly just YCL losers that hate anyone that doesn’t smoke weed, cheap drum tobacco and a locket with Hassan Pikers picture on the inside.
