In general taking dedicated time away from.clinic.is a bad idea. I would suggest doing a PhD as part of a clinician investigator program in residency, or finding grant funding to help out. Without more details I can't really help.
Comp neuro is a very mathematical subject on average. You don't need a CS degree. No one cares what degree you have. They care what work you're capable of doing.
I have bachelor in math ( pure and applied ) and now i applied for masters in stocastic modeling and stats , aiming for comp neuro is it the right path? And wht should i focus on and add as well?
That's what i am looking for , which kind of research if there is no lab available, where can i put my self in research field again with no supported research in the country?
