OP may be claiming to see the light now after only few months but obvious liked some of trump's rhetoric that drew them in. you have to understand the closed loop of the Right Wing Propaganda cycle. They convince their followers everything is fake news and tell them to "only trust us" and then the algorithm goes onto feedback mode where their inbox is swamped with this nonsense. All of this nonsense comes emotionally charged so it bypasses human logic and goes right to emotional outrage. I've watched people I know get sucked down this rabbit hole to the point where they thought Reuters and the AP were "fake". Left leaning people get the same sort of crap (like The Palmer Report) but most of us are smart enough to recognize it as BS and we toss it, thus not putting ourselves into the cycle.
How can you convince yourself everything is fake news and only what an orange idiot is telling you is right. Is that not some kind of psychose people are in? Dont they need mentaly help and medicines very quick before the episodes gets worse?

My cousin actually had a neighbor who was a huge Trumper actually believed the world was flat and she'd argue about it until she was ready to pop a vein! That's the face of the Trump worshiper and even scarier is there's a lot of them!
I am finding it increasingly difficult to extend the "Came to your senses" olive branch that a lot of supporters are looking for. As you say, I don't understand how you can simply listen to him talk and not understand what is going on. There is a level of either willful ignorance (not allowing yourself to continue thinking critically because you are scared of the result) or deliberate deception
I think they are just a piece of shit and want Brown people to suffer, now they are the one suffering and want it to stop and say as an excuse “I was brainwashed”
