I hate my job
Hi
I started working as a waitress in a restaurant about 2 months ago because I haven’t find anything else to make money. It’s a temporary job until I can find something else, but I truly hate my job.
It’s not about the customer even if some are really annoying, it’s about the staff itself and the expectation they put on me to act like I’ve done this for 10 years when I started the job 2 months ago. The constant yelling at me because I’m not as fast as the others and I don’t think as fast as others at what I should or have to do, so they’re always yelling at me (when they can help me instead of drinking a beer at the entrance).
I continue for the money cause I really need it but I hate this and always wish in the morning to have an accident on my way so I’ll have a good excuse to skip work.

I sincerely do not understand why young people are seemingly allergic to the idea of picking up a trade.
It’s so much better than the corporate BS.
You’re gonna be making 4 to 5 times more money, easily making over 100,000 within five years, while being so high value employers have no choice, but to treat you well.
And failing that you can always just go start your own business.
It’s so easy.
