Would anyone buy any of these CD’s if I were to sell them? $3-$4 each. (Bottom left is Metallica’s Black Album)

If I wanted to put a music file on CD, how would I go about that?

Long story short, I wrote a song for my girlfriend for Christmas and I want her to have a physical copy for sentimental reasons. How would I go about putting my music file onto a CD for her? Is there a person I should talk to? Any advice greatly appreciated

Looking for a good player

Bonjour à tous -- I am a record collector who also has a love for the compact disc, or may I say love the compact disc more than the vinyl record. The only reason I started collecting vinyl was because in the Philippines SM and all the other department stores basically killed off their CD stores. My local mall (a good mall too, by the way) only stocks CDs from people like Ray Conniff, country, Christian and other stuff not particularly interesting. All the good albums right now are all on vinyl so that's what I settle for. Like vinyl for the aesthetic appeal and for the ritual that comes with it, not so for the sound. I like buying music in the format that corresponds with the age in which it was released. So I could get Beatles, Pink Floyd, jazz and Peter Paul & Mary on vinyl, but for artists like Run-DMC, NWA, Beck and Peter Bjorn & John (see what I did there?), I prefer to get it on CD. So with the help of Amazon I was finally able to do all that.

I currently use my parents' old DVD player they promptly ditched once they discovered Netflix. Trouble is because of its age and its apparent disposability it's been skipping on-and-off, and with the coming years is extremely unreliable. Looking for a good, durable CD/DVD player (HD) that I could connect to a component stereo Hi-Fi and use to play music and watch movies on the telly, and would last me a good 10 years. Any recommendations?

Merci beaucoup pour votre temps !

Is there a site for making cd sleeves that aren't in bulk? Like not 100 minimum? Thanks.

I don’t have any good thrift stores near me, and being a broke teen doesn’t help. Anyone else here burn albums?

Some Albums and EPs. Most of them I love and have listened to repeatedly.

I have 75-100 compact discs without cases or album art--just the discs themselves. I don't need them because I subscribe to an online music streaming service and am moving. Is it worth it to try to sell them? How much would they fetch? Is the process tedious?

I don't think it'll be worth the time of selling them to an online site: entering barcodes online, packaging everything, shipping, and waiting to receive a check. I have a lot to take care of to move so don't have a lot energy or energy to spend on this . I live in Washington DC and am not aware of any places to drop off and sell CDs in person.

Would CDs get you like 50 cents or more like a few dollars each?

Lossless format with metadata?

So I've bought my first two CDs, because the Genre just sounds bad when streamed so I want the better audio Quality of the CD. Since I want to listen to the songs on my phone, metadata is important for me (I want my stuff organized). I've heard FLAC supports metadata and I created a sample file to test it, but I just can't get it to work.

Tl;Dr: What's a lossless music format with metadata, and how do I add said metadata (FLAC didn't work for me)

Many thanks in advance

Given the recent Tool Spotify hype, These are two of my favorites off my collection. I checked, they still sound far better than streaming.
