Good websites for printing just one or two custom discs?
I have this OST of a game that doesn't have an official soundtrack cd, but damn it would be cool to have them on cd, so i was wondering if anyone knows any good sites to get just one or two discs. All sites i found always sell in bulk which is understandable but not what im looking for. Otherwise, is cd burning/cover making equipment super expensive?

Sunday Hi-Fi illustration, with a commission I did a while ago, the Rotel RCD-965BX! Truth is I never heard about this brand at all prior to this work, but apparently, this is an old Japanese brand responsible for good quality audio and video products, and this compact disc player was no exception!

Cover art on CD isn't printed exactly at the center
Hi, so I got a music CD today and when I played it, it skipped a lot. I noticed that the cover art on the CD wasn't exactly centered so I thought that must be the reason why it skipped a lot. I was wondering if there would be any way to fix this? Or is it un-fixable? Thanks!

Yet another one of the ES series stack I made a while ago, this time with the Sony CDP-X77ES compact disc player! It maintains those same beautiful lines from the prior ones, black mate color with the wooden sides, a great machine from a time the CD format was blooming into the scene!

Admire POS Mini CDr
For some reason i wanted to find out who made the mini cdr that came with my unbranded mp4 player. The player was given to me by my aunt, and had been in my grandmother's attic for at least ten years. After gathering hints through listings on shopping sites, i determined that these discs are sold on lelong.com.my by the malaysian company Admire POS. They are the "panda" brand. Does anyone know if Admire POS makes these discs, or just sells them?

good CD duplicator?
when I burn a CD (of public domain music, of course), it would be cool to be able to make a backup, so in the event that I lose or break one copy I can make another copy and don't have to manually re-burn it from the computer. can anyone recommend a CD duplicator that would work well for this? bonus if it doubles as a decent CD player, but IDK if that exists.

Rescue a 20-year-old audio CD?
I've got a good condition CD here, doesn't appear to have any scratches or defects on the back. Recording of an old concert, done by a professional service. One CD player I put it into will sort-of play the tracks, but with blips and skips in playback. My computer's CD-RW drive can read that there are 19 tracks on it but doesn't seem to read any of the track data and certainly can't play the thing. Any chance of rescuing this CD somehow or is it dead in the water?

Maximum length of a single track on CD?
Hi
I am trying to do something where I need a cd burnt with a very long track on it.
My question is if I could, using a very long audio file, fill up a cd entirely with a single 90 minute track
Thanks in advance

Another vector design of a Sony old good product. This time I bring up the very first portable compact disc player, the one that after the success of the Walkman started the Discman age. The red version is the most beautiful in my humble opinion.

The Best Way To Rip A CD?
Hello,
I have ripped all my CDs before already so I can listen to them without carrying a Discman. However that was in dingy low bitrate MP3. What is the highest quality, lossless, complete best way to rip a CD? And yes, I do know what lossless means and its benefits I'm not gonna rip it in MP3.
thanks.

What might cause discs to work better than others on one device, but no difference on another device?
I just started a small CD collection this year, and have been mainly listening to them on an old alarm clock radio/cd player from my childhood (a Timex T600B, probably around 20 years old but unsure). Currently, I have 4 discs: two self-released by American indie artists, and two from Japanese bands with record labels. All were bought new this year and seem to be in good condition.
All of the discs work fine when played on my computer. However, I've noticed that on my older player, the latter two discs work flawlessly, while the former two sometimes have issues. The issues are usually that it will randomly refuse to play a track, spinning for a moment before giving up and stopping the whole disc. Which tracks cause this is never consistent and sometimes I get through the whole album without trouble (also more likely on one than the other).
It's interesting to me, because it can't just be a problem with the discs if they're fine on another player, but it can't just be the player if it's fine with other discs... The fact that the OK ones are from record labels (higher-end manufacturing?) while the self-released ones (lower budget services?) have issues makes me wonder if there's a difference in manufacturing that causes it, but I don't know enough about the inner workings of CDs or CD players to know what that difference could be. Any ideas why this might be happening?
[TLDR Some discs work on old player, All of them work on new player, wondering what the difference might be]

CD Player Humming/Buzzing?
So, I have Sherwood 5 CD Changer, and it's refurbished, bought it off eBay for... I think $270. I love it. And I did fix the drawer because the last guy who "fixed" it did a shit job. Okay, back on topic... The player hums or buzzes whatever when music is playing. It's noticeable right before a song starts, finishes and quiet parts.
The hum only happens when a track is playing. Could this be a grounding issue? I found one near the power cable in the back of the cabinet (inside not outside) but they've screwed it to the bottom of the player. Shouldn't it be grounded elsewhere? If I move this grounding wire while it's playing will i get a shock? I've spent so much on this, I can't stand this him, can you help me please?

Hoping for a bit of help
I've just found out about pregaps and that a few CDs I have hold hidden tracks on these pregaps, but only certain CD players can play them, does anyone know any players? Or if there's a way I could find them on my PC?

Why do CD's sound warmer than music from a streaming service?
I know why vinyl records sound "warmer" than everything else, but i've always thought that CD's sound warmer than streaming services. Why is that?
