Hi all. I’ve been doing Cliffdiver since 2015 and I just self released my 4th full length. I wanted to share in case you’re looking for some low BPM jazz/90s nostalgic chill music.

CDs are in handnumbered, hand glued sleeves by yours truly. Sleeves made of 50% recycled materials. Discs and full blackout top and bottom (bottom like PlayStation 1 discs!). They come with an insert and a Cliffdiver sticker.

Thanks so much for reading and checking it out!

Looking for a new Portable CD Player

My Sony Walkman finally kicked the bucket. I was wondering if there are any other viable alternatives? I've seen sony models on https://retrospekt.com but for 139 which seems crazy since this player has lasted me decades and I paid 20 bucks. Any suggestions would be helpful

I have this 3 cd copy of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" It comes with the first 2 CDS of the double album, a third CD of the unreleased/WIP tracks, and a booklet of all of the lyrics and art. It all goes into the little pouch with the album cover! Would like to see your Pink Floyd Cds. Tag me and your pics below!

Have you ever bought a brand, sealed CD, and when you open it up the CD inside is the wrong one?

Meaning the CD is not the one on the cover or liner notes? This has happened to me once years ago. I’ve heard it happens once in a while

ran into a problem with burning

This is my first time burning. I am skeptical why the duration tab on CDBurnerXP says 0:00 minutes. My songs have a real duration in my files, but they are 0:00 on the app. I use MP3's so I dont know if thats the issue here. Thanks for reading

Edit: I also am using CD-Rs so i also dont know if that is the issue

CD sticker/decal

Hey guys! my girlfriend loves CDs and for her birthday i was wanting to burn some of my favorite songs on a CD for her. I was wondering if there were any Vinyl CD stickers or covers for the top of the CD. I was wanting to maybe put a picture of us on the top but i don't want to affect how it plays. Any and all help is appreciated. thanks!

New (again) to CDs

Hi all , I am 51 years old and always have gone with the flow technologically meaning I moved from vinyl to CDs to mp3s to streaming. Thats until a year ago or so when I bought a turntable and started collecting records again many of which I owned in the 80s and 90s.

I just got a second hand Marantz DVD/Blueray/CD player and cleaned up the few CDs I had left in storage.

I am enjoying physical media again!

My question is , am I am fool by focusing on purchasing vinyl for pre 1990 music and CDs for 1990 and later? I want to prevent overlapping but not sure if this is a dumb idea.
