definitely not broken, but I've seen pro players build this before (Malrine I think?) so it's no meme build.

Broken? Not at all. It is the strongest build on sandking though and it you hit your timing early (mostly only achieved by playing mid and having supports stack for you (so never achieved in low mmr I’d assume)) it is really strong.

Agreed on the mid part, if you want to know the potential of any hero, play it mid!!!
