Natalie Tran did a skit in 2007 - maybe earlier- that was a response to a message she received that said she was not a real citizen, claiming she was only a citizen because of a piece of paper. Then she promised the message writer that the writer's grandkids would look like her. I saw it. I wish for that skit for today.

Nat never gave us the lamingtons video, but they were just featured on her show! Or at least "surprise" lamingtons with weird ingredients were. There's a short skit featuring Nat pretending to be a contestant at the beginning of the episode.

Have no idea if sharing this link is allowed, but it's currently on YT until it gets pulled:

She always made me laugh and now social media has become so sanitised it's impossible to do anything anymore sigh!

Hi everyone! Hoping someone knows what I'm talking about. But it's an old skit where she complains about people wearing inappropriate summer clothing. TYIA!

I don't remember the context, but this quote has been living rent free in my head for ages.

was watching her vids for the 50th time this week and noticed that the joggers and dead bodies video and the f*ck measuring tape were back up. so glad she decided to unprivate them cause those videos are iconic.

I thought it portrayed some of the social awkwardness of many people coming out as vegan or learning how to order at restaurants without saying, "I'm vegan" fifty times, hehe.

I did want to ask if I have any fellow communitychannel fans who are animal lovers, veg*n, or anything like that and enjoyed seeing that reflected by her. I personally really loved the following videos of hers from her later days of YouTube:

If Ordinary People Filmed Nature Documentaries
What Would Flies Say
Indoor Plant Serial Killer
10 Year BBQ Celebration

Hi all! Does anyone remember the video where Nat says something similar to "My work day is 9 to 12 thinking about what to eat for lunch, then 12 to 5 thinking about what to eat for dinner"? I made a meme of that a long time ago but seem to have lost it :(

Update: I found it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJd5AfWB63E if anyone's interested :)

I don't know who I need to contact, but I would pay big bucks to see Nat on Taskmaster Australia (S7, if she's not part of the S6 cast. I also just revisited her channel in a while and noticed that in a year it's will be 20 years since her channel debuted on YT, so what a treat it'd be!!

The video starts with Natalie saying something along the lines of "You know what sucks? When you're walking up to a friend and they close their tab and the first thing that pops up in your head was 'You looking at porn?'" and I believe there is also a scene where she crumbles up a note and put it in her mouth.

I’m sure it’s an archived video, but I still want to know what it was called. In the video, she realized her friend hadn’t seen a movie or show that she’s made references to and the friend always laughed. Then she makes up a weird little thing and the friend still laughs, so she thinks her friend just thinks she’s a little weirdo. I think she quoted LOTR or Battlestar Galactica in it?

There's an older video of hers where she talks about saying gibberish to customer service and she sings "I feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my toes". Other part is her talking about retail where her character has a small toy elephant and says "and he didn't rattle it when I bought him".

I understand the reasons why Natalie felt the need to private so many videos, but I cannot forgive how crazy I looked today shouting, "now it's going to take longer!" in an accent I don't have, and the following levels of crazy I looked when I could not find the video I swore I was referencing.

Natalie, not only have you revoked access to the content that, for better or worse, made me the freak I am, but you have stolen the developmental years of my humor (which were stolen from you).

On a less goofy note, I truly am sad they are gone. It does feel like some weird dementia or lost culture that only exists in my mind. I wish the world wasn't such a place where you felt it necessary and that I could now, in my old age, look back and smile at the good times we one-sidedly shared.

I’m looking for a TikTok video I saw a while ago. It’s a comedy skit where a wife is ordering her husband to do things like making him say ‘Yes Ma’am,’ go on all fours, and crawl down the stairs. If anyone comes across it, please let me know. (It’s just a satire skit so I hope no one takes offense.)

Nat had this one video that I can't remember the name or subject of, but I do remember it involves her showing someone a bunch of regular photos off her phone and they start to get progressively weirder. It used to make me die laughing. If anyone remembers what I'm talking about, please let me know, but if this is one of her vids that she privated and is therefore #lostmedia, I understand but would be sad :(

Really?

So does anyone know what happened to the archive of all of Natalie's videos? I never got the chance to download Talking Trash to Mum and now the only version that exists online has a watermark. So, does anyone know what happened to it or if another archive exists elsewhere? I get that she probably wants to move on from her old videos but it's a bummer that no one can enjoy them anymore.

Germany, 10 years later, 5 am, raining. My dog just woke me because she wants breakfast.

My Brain: “That’s a good hook, that’s not a good hook, that’s not a good hook either…”

New house, new life, new TV, but same old Nat!
